Stay in shape through the heat of the summer!
Our 6-week training program includes:
*Run Specific Workout every Tuesday at 6:30pm
Each week, we will focus on everything from running form to how to perfect efficiency and speed through certain run drills and workouts.
*Crosstraining Workout every Saturday at 7:00am
Saturdays will be a full-body workout to effectively strengthen the run muscles and their supporting muscle groups.

- Weekly email with tips, weekly workout options and more!
- Closed group page on Facebook with unlimited access to our coaches and the rest of the Beat the Heat community!
Cost: $65 / This program will be capped at 30 participants. Please register early!
