We are excited to announce our Mount Pleasant and Summerville Training Program offerings for Spring 2016! We offer programs for everyone!  Whether you're looking to get off the couch or want to tackle your next half marathon, we can help you find the motivation to accomplish your goals.

Fleet Feet Sports is dedicated to help you pursue your goals in running and walking. Whether your goal is to train for your first 5K or to run your fastest marathon, our expert staff and coaching team can help you reach the next level.

Mount Pleasant No Boundaries Beginner 5K More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday, March 2, 2016
Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Mom's Day Run 5K
Program Fee: $75.00
Description: No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 10 weeks! Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Run Forrest Run 5K
Program Fee: $75.00
Description: No Boundaries II is designed for No Boundaries graduates and is perfect for those who recently ran their first 5K and want to improve at the 5K distance. The 10-week program will gradually move you from run/walk intervals to running with no intervals. Information Session: Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Mount Pleasant store

Goal Race: Cooper River Bridge Run, April 2, 2016
Program Fee: $75.00
Description: Our Run10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. This 10-week training program will ready participants for the 2016 Cooper River Bridge Run on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Join us on Tuesday, January 19 at 6:30pm for an information session to learn more!

Mount Pleasant Half Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, February 9
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am
Goal Race: Rock N' Roll Nashville (April 30th) or Divas Half Marathon Myrtle Beach (May 1st)
Program Fee: $85.00
Description: Our Half Marathon Training Program is designed for runners who have comfortably run 5 miles in less than 60 minutes (12:00 minute pace) within the last 60 days and are up to 4 miles in distance by the start of the program. Join us on Tuesday, February 2 at 6:00PM for an information session at the store!
