We are excited to announce that registration is open for our Winter Half Marathon Training Programs in Mount Pleasant and Summerville! We have coaches and mentors who are ready to go the distance with you. These 10-week programs will focus on speed, consistency, and long runs. You will be provided a weekly training plan and helpful tips along the way! Our training program participants (YOU) will be ready to conquer a local favorite, the Charleston Half Marathon on January 14th.
Throughout the program we will focus on a variety of topics to keep you healthy and injury free! We will have experts educate on nutrition (before, during and after running), hydration, injury prevention, cross training, technical apparel and race day tips. We will meet twice throughout the week as a group for speed work and long runs! We would love for you to join our group. We do require that you have comfortably ran 5 miles in less than 60 minutes (12:00 minute pace) within the last 60 days and are up to 4 miles in distance by the start of the program.
